Leedor Agam, Chief Executive Officer
Leedor Agam serves as Archon Technologies CEO responsible for the company’s overall strategy and operations. With more then 15 years experience in the high-tech industry, Leedor has held high-profile executive management positions in leading technology companies. Leedor previously served as Vice President of Corporate Business Development and Vice President of the Portable Authentication Business Unit at Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ: ALDN). At Aladdin, his responsibilities also included managing the company’s entire patent portfolio, dealing with patent strategy, management, licensing and litigation. Prior to that, Leedor held several executive positions at Algorithmic Research (AR/Cylink), focusing on Business Development and Marketing. Over the years Leedor has gained extensive experience in general management, business development, mergers & acquisitions, technology acquisition, product management, marketing, patent & IP management, business intelligence, corporate strategy, global channel management and sales. Leedor received an EMBA from City University Business School in London, an EMBA (GMP) from Harvard Business School in Boston, and a Technology Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management from SCE Tel Aviv.

Michal Ben-Peretz, Vice President IP Transactions, 
Michal Ben-Peretz manages Archon Technologies intellectual property (IP) transactions activities and customer relations, fully dedicated to supporting patent owners throughout the entire transactional process. Prior to joining Archon Technologies, Michal successfully commercialized and managed IP transactions in a diverse range of industries and technologies, helping companies monetize their intangible assets. Michal formerly served as Corporate VP of Human Resources at Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NSDQ:ALDN), where she gained extensive experience in implementing HR strategies and M&A support services in a technology-driven environment. Michal holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University Israel and a Post Graduate Diploma from Georgetown University USA

Farida Suzane CohenFarida Suzane Cohen, Business Development

Farida Suzane Cohen is responsible for Business Development at Archon Technologies with a special focus on the commercialization of ICT and Life Sciences technologies. Bringing extensive experience in Business Development, General Management and Marketing, Farida previously served as CEO and Director of Business Development at medical device startup companies PowerLens and IDesia. Prior to that, Farida served as VP Marketing at Binar Information Systems (acquired by Matrix). Farida completed her MBA studies at Bradford University, and earned an M.Sc. in Political Science from the London School of Economics and a B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

Dr Amir GuttmanDr. Amir Guttman, Advisory Board
Dr. Amir Guttman is a member of Archon Technologies Advisory Board bringing wealth of business and financial experience. Dr. Amir Guttman bringing wealth of business and financial experience. Amir is the Manager and Founder of Aviv Venture Capital where he serves on the boards of directors of many Technology companies. Prior to founding Aviv, Amir served for 6 years as member of the senior management of Discount Investments Corp. (DIC). He initiated and executed a wide variety of investments, business development and M&A activities, private placements in start-up and mature companies, as well as taking responsibility for Investor Relations. Amir led an early-stage investment in Given Imaging (NASDAQ: GIVN) and served on its board. Previously Amir served as a senior associate at the consulting practice of Coopers & Lybrand in San Francisco, where he was part of a select team offering financial, advisory and analytical services for M&As, capital sourcing and corporate valuations. Amir earned his Ph.D. and Masters Degrees in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, California. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Tel Aviv University. Amir is an adjunct Professor at the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration, Tel Aviv University. He serves as an elected member of the board of directors of the Israel Venture Association, and is a past member of the investment committee of Capital Berger Mutual Funds Ltd.

Dr. Ayal Shenhav, Advisory Board
Dr. Ayal Shenhav is a member of Archon Technologies Advisory Board bringing wealth of business, legal and tax management experience. Dr. Ayal Shenhav is one of Israel’s leading experts in taxation and finance law representing many of Israel’s leading venture capital and private equity funds, advising them on commercial, legal, M&A, tax efficient structuring and operations. Dr. Shenhav obtained dozens of advance tax rulings from the Israeli tax authorities. Dr. Shenhav practiced law at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, he also served as Vice Dean of the Radziner School of Law at the Inter-Disciplinary Center for the Studies of Business, Law and Technology. 
He was a senior partner at Danziger Klagsbald & Co., Law Offices.  Dr. Shenhav is Adjunct Professor at the Tel Aviv University, Bar Ilan University and the Inter-Disciplinary Center for the Studies of Business, Law and Technology. Dr. Shenhav has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1991 and was admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 1992.  He received his LL.B., magna cum laude, from the Tel Aviv University (1990), and his LL.M. (1992) and Doctorate of Juridical Science (JSD) from the New York University School of Law.


Dr Hadar SolomonHadar Solomon, Advisory Board
Hadar Solomon, Advocate, is a member of Archon Technologies Advisory Board bringing wealth of business, legal, IP management, licensing, commercialization and litigation experience. Hadar is a partner at Pearl, Cohen Zedek, Latzer, a leading law-firm with offices in Israel and the US, providing a full range of legal services to innovation driven companies and their investors.  The firm’s services include patent prosecution, the management of intellectual property portfolios, licensing and enforcement of  clients’ rights, and litigation.  Hadar has over 20 years experience as in-house counsel and executive-management member of technology-based companies in areas including medical devices (including Laser Industries, ESC Medical Systems, Lumenis) software and telecom industries (including ECtel Ltd.). He served as corporate secretary and board Member in international high-tech companies. Hadar’s previous experience also includes serving as general manager of a Swiss IP asset-management firm. He holds a B.A. degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.
During his tenure as general-counsel and corporate secretary of international hi-tech companies Hadar accumulated extensive corporate and commercial experience in carrying-out complex, large-scale-project agreements, large and small-size strategic M&A transactions, public-companies’ SEC and regulatory-related work, Licensing, OEM manufacturing, joint venture, sales representation & distribution, R&D, supply and leasing agreements, management of massive IP Portfolio and related activities (including Licensing and litigation) as well as provision of legal opinions and advice to management and Board-of-Directors.  


Eli Keren, Advisory Board
Eli Keren is a member of Archon Technologies Advisory Board bringing wealth of senior management experience at leading international companies. With more than 25 years in the telecom and datacom industries, Eli has managed large-scale international sales organizations, built global distribution networks, and spearheaded major business development agreements. Eli previously served as CEO of Alcatel-Lucent Israel, a global leader in fixed, mobile and converged broadband networking, IP technologies, applications and services. Prior to that, Eli served as Vice President of Sales at Aladdin Knowledge Systems, a leading provider of data security hardware and software products, and General Manager of Sun Microsystems Israel. Prior to that Eli worked in the United States at Metrocall and AT&T – Southwestern Bell. Eli earned a B.A. in International Marketing at New York Institute of Technology. 

 

 

 

Oz Zimerman, Advisory Board
Oz Zimerman is a member of Archon Technologies Advisory Board bringing extensive strategic marketing and business development experience to Archon’s Advisory Board of. Oz currently serves as Vice President of Marketing of the Value-Added Services (VAS) Group at Comverse, the world’s leading provider of systems enabling network-based messaging and content value-added services, converged billing and IP communications. At Comverse, Oz manages the VAS group's product offerings, leads its marketing and go-to-market strategies, and initiates and manages its global strategic partnerships with leading vendors and systems integrators. Prior to Comverse, he held senior strategic marketing and business development positions at ECI Telecom, a leading global provider of networking infrastructure equipment. Previously, he held senior positions Shaldor, a leading provider of strategic management consulting in Israel. Oz received a Masters in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management summa cum laude from Polytechnic University.
